  • Surveyor has found problems - what do I do?

I am in the process of buying my first house. I have just had the survey done, and it has thrown up the following problems:

    1. Inadequate level of guttering
    2. External kitchen door/windows vent via enclosed conservatory area not consistent with current statutory requirements and prone to damp
    3. Gas installation is old and no central heating system service records.

They have also valued the house at £50,000 under the market value.

My question is; are these all simple fixes? Or, am I in a position to re-negotiate on price (my mortgage has already gone through)
