  • What is Indemnity Insurance Policy

I know that this covers for any costs incurred if the Council request retrospective planning permission / building consent.

Does it cover, if there is any work required to bring the extension up to building / planning consent standard?

When I come to sell, is this protection passed onto the new owner?

Any more information would be gratefully received.

    Thank you
