  • Extended bungalow

Hello, we are in the exchange procedure for the sale or our current home and the purchase of our new one which is an extended bungalow. The bungalow has a dormer extension upstairs which has a shower room and 3 bedrooms. Downstairs has been extended and the garage has been rebuilt. Both the rear extension and garage have had permissions given. However the dormer, which pre dates our seller is over 16 years old and no permissions exist. The house is sold as a 5 bed but I am concerned it would still be a 2 bed in its title if we came to sell it. We are meant to complete next week. Please can someone reassure me indemnity insurance would cover this and we are not paying the price of a 5 bed for a listed 2 bed. Cheers guys.
