  • Share of Freehold..is it worth it?HELP!

I Currently own a leasehold flat in a converted victorian property. There are five flats in total,4 leasehold and the largest property owns the freehold. We have recently all been offered a share of the freehold.I currently have over 100 years left on the lease, and I am just weighing up the pros and cons of sharing the freehold. All the other flats seem to think its a great idea,if i decide not to go ahead but the other flats do,does that put me at a disadvantage? Will it affect the property when I come to sell it?Is it worth the money or will it just be a headache?Any advice would be great!
