  • What are things that should be noted before buying a new home?

    Hello everyone,
Buying a new home is one of the difficult and tedious task. We should make sure that the home worths money that we spend on it. We are moving to a home buying process by next month. I was wondering if there was someone who could guide us through the home buying process. I discussed with my friend about this and she recommended me to work with a real estate services in Toronto. She said that they would be knowing the market price that we are not aware of.

There are many things to consider when buying a new house:
    1. The 1st thing is its' location of course. I would say if you are looking for homes in GTA, Brampton (read more here about new homes in that city) or Mississauga would be great places to invest in.
    2. The size of the lot is important as well, especially if a property is located not in downtown.
    3. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
    4. Age, style, and conditions of all the appliances in the house
    5. Age of the house itself
    6. The price of the house and maintenance costs

I would say theses are the primarily factors to consider, but there are many more depending on your situation and preferences.
