  • Swimming pool in property about to buy, want to get rid of it...

    Hi,

We have offered (and it has been accepted) on a property that ticks most other boxes, but there's a swimming pool in the garden. I would love to have a swimming pool but it will be too much work. What are my options around dismantling the swimming g pool? Do people think it will.be too much of a hassle and will cost too much? Anyone has gone through a similar situation? What can we do with the swimming pool? Also, it's not been maintained, so I dont know if the filters pumps etc are working. Any suggestions are welcome, need help please...
