  • Incorrect property details

Hi there, just a quick question, we put in an offer yesterday, it was accepted, almost full asking price. Property advertised as having private parking for two cars, but our solicitor found out that the driveway was sold few years ago. Should we lower our offer and by how much

....by however much YOU think the driveway is or was worth.

Difficult for use to say without knowing much about the house. Large/small? What's the on-street parking like? Geographically, where is it? Central London, or a small village in the country?

    All rhetorical questions.

At the end of the day, how much would it have been worth to you?

Alternatively, ask a local surveyor, or the solicitor acting on your behalf.

London, zone 4. On street parking not too difficult, but it will have slight effect on car insurance. There isn't residents only parking, but might be in the future... Don't know, we are first time buyers and really like the property.
