Isn't Turkey going down the tubes?

What do you mean down the tube,s it is the most popular now. We live in a complex of 34 aparts which are rented out every week for the summer months at £300 per week do you want to buy one

Buying in Turkey can be a risk. There are numerous stories of UK prop investors left with unusable properties. Your offer sounds good but personally I just couldn't risk my money with something like this.

What do you mean you would not take a risk ?

          • #6
property abroad is always more risky than property in the UK, and Turkey isn't even a member of the EU (yet) so u won't have the protection of the European Courts if something goes wrong.

but on the other hand, you sometimes have to specualte to accumulate

Why would any one want to buy abroad when now is the best time to buy in the UK?

              Especially out of Europe...?
