buying end of terrace

    im going to look at a flat which is the top floor of an end of terrace house. Are there any specific problems with buying end of terrace or advantages
    the outside wall is a few metres (probably 5ish) from a train track

    Noise from the trains would be one issue.
    The wall will probably be cold too.
    And then you may have trouble selling it when the time comes.

      I think that wolud be problem for you, because it will be simply too loud. The most important thing in flat is space to rest, sleep and relax. I could't do anything relaxing with loud train under my feet.
