  • Muir Homes

1 Hot water tank flood, 3 boiler bursts causing extensive flooding to property and an en-suite shower which has been stripped out 7 times and has to come out again because its still leaking! Plus 2 A4 pages of snagging which is still outstanding and all within in 14 months of moving in. I would never buy a Muir Home again.

Genuinely sorry to hear that you've been having problems, Angela - I presume that if Muir Homes haven't been addressing your concerns seriously that you've taken on board the services of a solicitor?

I have a freind who had flooding problems after moving into a Redrow Home - something about a non-secured water pipe. And just after buying some expensive stained laminate flooring. Ruined twice.

I can only hope that you get all this sorted out, and wish you all the best with it.
