  • Building regs

Hi. Wondering of anyone can advise. My brother converted a Victorian barn 25 years ago. Got planning ,had surveyor etc did most of conversion himself to great standard. Lived in it for 5 yrs then sold it and house has probably changed hands again couple of times. He is now tearing himself apArt because he can't recall getting building regs certificate on completion and wondering what he should do. I think he is stressed and depressed and has this's idea blown up on his head out of all proportion. There has been no Problem wiith the conversion that we have been aware of.
Advice to settle his mind please
