Most Scottish estate agents will advertise in the Scottish property sites (ie, espc) and Rightmove - might be worth checking first, as you want the strongest presence possible IMO.

Have you currently got it for sale with a local agent? If so, who? Most of the agents in and around Edinburgh have what I would term a 'strong internet presence', so I'd be wondering why you want to put it elsewhere....

I've seen some of the local agents put the occasional property on gumtree, but it doesn't seem to be widely done, and I couldn't say if they've had any success with it or not....

Where to advertise flat for sale

    Hi Everyone

I have a flat for sale in Edinburgh that could be a good investment property for someone to buy and rent out. I was wondering where are the best places to list it online? (on this forum for example, there isn't a place to list houses for sale). Does anyone have any good tips?

I hope you can help, many thanks, James.
