  • Looking for storage space

Hi all, I live in Toronto with my family. I live in Burlington with my husband and kids. We decided to renovate the house as it was looking so outdated. It was built seven years ago by my grandfather. We couldn't start the renovation process because we did not have enough budget. We realised that buying a home is better than renovating this house. Renovating the house will be much costlier than buying a new one. So we thought of selling the house and buying a new one from the amount we get. We sold the house and bought a new one in Burlington itself. Hopefully, we will shift to our new house by next week. But the problem is that the new house is not that spacious to accommodate the household items. We have to downsize the households. We are planning to shift some of the excess households to a home storage solutions in Burlington. Is it wise to downsize the house?
