  • Long-term home buying plan

    Hi guys. I wrote an article on millennials buying their first home and would be interested to hear about your own experiences.

    It seems bigger sacrifices are being made than ever before by today's home buyers who are up against high house prices, living costs, and relatively flat wage growth.

    How did you save up to afford a home?

      [COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]Hello Prospective Homeowners!

      I along with two of my classmates
      [COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]are developing a business plan geared towards providing current and future homeowners more dynamic home financing options. We’ve put together a short survey to gain more information from the prospective homeowner’s perspective. If you 1) have been thinking about purchasing one, 3) know someone you can forward this survey to, your/their feedback would be incredibly valuable to us as we look to refine our pitch.

      The survey can be found at the following link:

        If you are a first time home buyer and don't have the budget to purchase a new house, it is still possible through mortgage. You just have to prove that you can pay your mortgage and maintain a good credit rating.
